A sound journey with James is an experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and rest deeply — both physically and mentally.When you arrive, you’ll be invited to get comfortable, usually lying down or seated, wrapped in blankets if you wish. There’s no talking during the journey itself, no movement required, and nothing you need to do. This is a time for you to get comfy, relax and switch off from the outside world.
As the journey begins, carefully crafted soundscapes unfold — using electronic sound, frequency, vibration, and gentle transitions. These sounds are designed to work with the nervous system, helping the body move out of fight-or-flight and into a state of rest, safety, and regulation.
