a Good Time: Stand-up Comedy Showcase at Incendiary Brewing Raleigh

Incendiary Brewing gets the comedy-room treatment on Saturday, May 9. Good beer, a fun room, and a lineup packed with comics who all bring something different to the stage. Smart stuff, silly stuff, sharp punchlines, personal stories, and a whole lot of laughs.

We’re bringing together some of the funniest comics around for a showcase that keeps things moving and gives you a little bit of everything.

Jemery Alder

• Known for his Dry Bar Comedy special Purity Pants, which has pulled in more than 7 million views, Jeremy mixes dry wit, charm, and stories from his weird religious upbringing as a homeschooled missionary kid in Texas.

EJ Masicampo

• A psychologist by day and comedian by night, EJ brings smart, funny material on love, identity, fatherhood, and life as a child of immigrants. He was named NC’s Funniest Person and has performed across the U.S. and Europe.

Greg Capra

• Greg is a punchline-heavy comic and a regular at clubs like Goodnights, Dead Crow, and the Idiot Box. He’s also performed in festivals across the country and recently appeared at The Comedy Store in LA.

Gerry Potoka

• A public educator turned comic, Gerry pulls from his day-to-day life, work, and observations with a style that’s sharp, personal, and easy to enjoy. He’s performed across the East Coast, worked with Gaspare Randazzo and Sam Salem, and featured on Don’t Tell Comedy shows.

Joel Fuster

• Bronx-born and now based in North Carolina, Joel brings big personality, personal stories, and a bruised ego to the stage. His comedy digs into getting older, settling down, and learning that leaving New York does not mean New York leaves you.
