A Good Old Fashioned Spring | A Cocktail Class Experience

Join us on April 24th from 6:30-8:30pm for an intimate affair of cocktails, conversation, and fresh energy as eLo partners with Good Old Fashioned Lovers for a spring–inspired cocktail experience celebrating warmer weather, connection and creativity.

You’ll be welcomed with a signature Old Fashioned by our master mixologist Ashley, then roll up your sleeves for an interactive cocktail session where you’ll craft three Old Fashioneds, step-by-step. This month, we’ll explore spring-themed syrups made with seasonal produce and botanicals—think strawberry + basil, honeyed lavender, citrus peel, rhubarb, and fresh herbs—designed to highlight the lighter, more playful side of the classic cocktail. Throughout the class, you’ll learn how to balance flavor, aroma, and texture while putting your own seasonal spin on each drink. We’ll finish with an after-dinner–style Old Fashioned to end the night on a smooth, celebratory note.

Enjoy small bites (think charcuterie, olives, and spiced nuts) as you sip and mingle. Plus, guests will receive a special voucher to shop eLo’s in-store collection that evening — and take home a little treat to keep the feminine energy flowing at home.

Info: Reserve Director Chris Cross welcomes guests to the eLo space and invites guests to shop the aromatherapy products at the end of the class at a discounted rate. Hosts Ashley and Don Rouse introduce their brand and discuss how the class will work.

Info: Guests are guided through the build of three different old fashioneds, while discussing tips, tricks and tools to reproduce the perfect cocktails at home.
