The Denton City Contemporary Ballet with dancers from Denton Dance Conservatory returns to the stage to bring our community the 27th annual performance of "A Gift for Emma!" Founder/Artistic Director, Lisa Racina-Torre, combines classical and contemporary dance and music to illustrate the story of a young orphan girl, Emma, who follows her dream, becomes a dancer and shares her love of dance with others. This production of 150+ cast members has something for everyone, from hip hopping "GI Dolls," to the powerful and intense "Arctic Wind," to classical "Flowers," graceful "Jellyfish" and more!
