What to expect:
You'll perform a variety of upper, lower, and full body strength exercises using sand kettlebells, sandbags, and your own bodyweight, on the beach, just steps from the ocean. The pace and training methods change throughout the workout.
Coach Adam has over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer and strength & conditioning specialist. He's run group workouts in a variety of settings (parks, amphitheaters, fields, tracks, warehouses, athletic clubs, and more) for all fitness levels.
Where is the workout located?
On the beach, a few feet from the water, near South Beach Park Pavilion.
Who is the workout for?
The workout is suitable for most fitness levels. Since this workout is outdoors, it will be hot, and you will be exposed to the sun. This workout is not appropriate for beginners , or if you have a heart condition. If you're interested but not sure if this is right for you, contact me.
