About this Event
Join the A-GAME Sunrise Beach Fitness Workout!
What to expect:
- Movement preparation = Warmup consisting of light cardio and stretching
- Strength/Power = Next, you'll perform basic exercises with your bodyweight and/or sand kettlebells and sandbags with a partner.
- Conditioning/Muscle Endurance = You'll pick up the pace with supersets and mini-circuits with your partner/the group. These are more challenging and faster paced.
- Isolation + Core = To finish off the workout, you'll perform single-joint movements and core exercises.
- Stretching + Meditation = You'll stretching and practice deep breathing while enjoying the sounds of the ocean.
- Dip in the ocean = To cool down (literally) you're invited to join me for a quick swim. This also helps clean off the sand.
Where is the workout located?
On the beach, a few feet from the water, just north of the South Beach Park Pavilion.
