Living with or wondering if you might have endometriosis can feel isolating — but you don’t have to go through it alone. 💛Starting on Thursday 26th March, a free, relaxed peer support group in Bude for anyone living with or suspected to have endometriosis will be meeting at Berries.
It’s a safe, welcoming space to connect with others who understand. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you like, listen to others, or simply enjoy being around people who “get it”.
📍 Berries Community Café, Bude
🕖 7–9pm, Thursdays (bi-monthly)
The venue is private for the group, so you can feel comfortable and safe while attending.
If you’d like more information or a friendly informal chat before coming along, please email:

This group is run by a trained Endometriosis UK volunteer and offers peer support (not medical advice).
Please feel free to share this post so it can reach anyone locally who might benefit. 💛
