The evening begins with a Ratatouille Tartine — a vibrant, vegetable-forward start that sets the tone for the meal ahead. Next, choose between Smoked Trout and Fennel or a vegetarian celebration of Smoked Carrots and Zucchini with Fennel, both showcasing the kitchen's deft hand with fire and freshness. The heart of the menu features Sweet and Sour Beef Tongue, a bold and beautifully balanced dish, alongside a vegetarian option of Sweet and Sour Tofu Noodles — both bright with contrast and depth. The evening closes on a sweet note with Berry Crostini with Lemon Honey Ricotta, a delicate finish that lets the season's fruit shine.
