A Few of my Favorite Things

Frequently people ask me which wine is my favorite. The answer I always give is “The next one.”. That said, there are a number of wines that have made an impression on me over the years. So, I have designed this casual tasting as a way to unwind before Christmas and share a few of my “favorite” wines with you. I will try to create a setting where the jargon of wine culture gives way to, storytelling, and the pure pleasure in the glass. Over the course of the evening, you’ll sample a handpicked lineup of wines, each pour chosen for its special meaning. I will guide you through the tasting, sharing interesting anecdotes about, the winemakers, grape varieties, regions. There’s no rush, no rigid rules, just an open invitation to enjoy.

To complement the wines, we will also enjoy an array of small bites, chosen to enhance the wine experience.

This event will take place in our stunning Mixology Lab at Mitchell Hall, overlooking the vibrant downtown Columbus skyline.

Parking Information:

• Parking is available in nearby lots for a fee. Use the Parking.com app to reserve your spot.

• Recommended lots: 15-E (across from Mitchell Hall) or 11-S (nearby).

• Street parking is also available along Cleveland Ave, directly across from Mitchell Hall and the Bookstore.

• Signs in each lot will guide you on registering and paying for parking.
