In this Halloween-themed talk, Pete Smith aims to introduce some of the City’s top spooks, plus a few more from all around London. Among the ghostly guests will be a royal or two, an actor who haunts the Underground in search of a bun, the shade of a very cold chicken and a spectre shot by a vigilante.
