A Feast for The Chinese New Year

For ages 18 & up

Prepare this festive meal in honor of the Year of the Snake.  As you create each dish, we'll reveal why they symbolize prosperity; wealth; happiness; and longevity. You'll work in teams to create this  flavor-packed menu and then enjoy  a traditional meal to welcome the new lunar year. 

For ages 18 & up. Are you 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with the feast.

• Longevity Noodle Soup

• Steamed Chicken Dumplings

• Chicken Lettuce Wraps

• Prosperity Steamed Fish with Ginger Scallion Sauce 

• A Variety of Asian Fruits for Dessert

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
