Celebrate the the arrival of a springtime fantasy at A Fairytale in Vanshire: Chapter Eight 🌸🧺This time, we will be gathering to celebrate a hanami: traditional picnics under the cherry blossoms to welcome the Spring 💖
WHAT TO WEAR:
Dress in your fairytale finest, whether that be a hobbit, fairy, elf, witch, knight, pirate, orc, fictional character, or LARP/SCA garb! All are encouraged to come as their most fantastical selves 🧚🏻♀️
As a bonus (not required), looks inspired by sakura or hanami are welcomed! 🍵✨
WHAT TO BRING:
These gatherings are encouraged to be collaborative, so please bring anything that you would like to share with your fellow fair folk! Whether that be board/dice games, art, acoustic instruments, trinkets, and anything else you can dream of 🪄
LOCATION:
You can find our band of merry revellers in the little clearing by the basketball court & playground at David Lam Park in Downtown Vancouver 🌷🍃
• Wheelchair accessible (DM us if assistance is needed)
• Public washrooms
• There is some free 2 hour parking in the area
• Near Yaletown-Roundhouse Station for transit
• On-leash dogs are welcomed
