About this Event
Walk back through time to the city streets, yards, buildings, and institutions that feature in, or that were inspiration for, Charles Dickens' legendary ghost story. With snippets from the tale itself, as well as glimpses into the life of Dickens and his role in shaping Christmas as we know it.
You will also hear insights into the history of the City of London itself and the lives of some of Dickens' contemporaries that we encounter on the way.
This walk has been given privately in the run up to Christmas, and has gone down so well it's being run again, this time for a limited number of members of the general public, and is likely to be thr only time it will take place this Christmas.
