About this Event
Join us for an intimate, restorative experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and reset your energy from within. Held inside the calming Himalayan salt room at The Halo Sanctuary, this class offers a powerful container for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.
Through a combination of Somatic Breathwork and Reiki energy healing, you’ll be guided into a deeper state of awareness, allowing your body to process, release, and restore naturally.
What to Expect
This session begins with Somatic Breathwork using rhythmic, circular, connected breathing to activate the body and move stagnant energy. This practice supports emotional release, clears built-up tension, and helps regulate the nervous system.
Throughout the experience, Reiki energy healing will be offered to support integration, encourage balance, and create a sense of grounding and safety as you move through the breathwork journey.
The Himalayan Salt Room
The Himalayan salt room enhances the experience by supporting the breath, calming the nervous system, and promoting deep relaxation. Salt therapy is known to reduce stress and create a grounding environment ideal for inner reflection and renewal.
What to Bring
- Comfortable clothing you can relax and breathe freely in
- A water bottle
- An eye mask or any personal comfort item (optional)
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided.
Important Notes
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle into the space. Doors will close promptly at the start time to maintain the integrity of the experience.
Somatic Breathwork is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or who have heart conditions, including cardiovascular disease or a history of heart-related concerns.
