This workshop explores the lymphatic system – our body’s sewage system. We identify common toxins & ways to ELIMINATE them from our environment & bodies.
I will be joined by the wonderful and knowledgeable, Kirsty from Head to Toe Holistics. She will take us through some aromatherapy for cleansing, lymphatic drainage and reflexology techniques..
In addition to LOTS of useful information, there will be movement and mindfulness and breathwork – all vital components to SUPPORTING the lymphatic system…
AND there will be yoga nidra and quality snacks!
