A day Retreat, leaning into this Ancient festival of Mabon, which name derives from the Welsh mythology, 'Mabon ap Modron'. This 'turning of the wheel of the year', marks the balance of day and night in the land. Celebrating the abundance of the earth, the last harvest and gently with intention, preparing for the winter months.
We are guided by what happens Nature, as it is mirrored in us at this time. As the trees gently lose their leaves, animals find comfort in shelter.
We will sit in circle, as you are supported through meditations , song, journaling and poetry. Exploring and nurturing what you wish to leave behind, are thankful for, and wish to bring in to sustain you through the darker months.
This beautiful restorative day is for 12 people, all materials will be provided along with a light lunch. Come as you are with a curiosity to feel what is stirring deep within your soul.
£60 secures your place.
