About this Event
Kira Mae Kazuko will guide you through an incredible breathing session that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, energized and calm. You will be laying down the entire time as she instructs you through various techniques and methods, all the while listening to music that you know and love. All levels are welcome and you may wear whatever you feel most comfortable in - workout clothes are not required. After the session, it's time to chill, enjoy a coffee/matcha, & indulge in a treatment.

About Kira:
Kira Mae Kazuko is an Alo Moves Instructor and the first Breathwork Artist of its kind. She is the first person to bring Breathwork to Equinox and a Wim Hof Certified Instructor as well. Her teaching is unlike anything you've ever experienced before and she combines various methods & techniques for an incredible mindfulness experience.
