I’m a Self-Love Expert and I’d love you to join me for this wonderful day of nurturing self-kindness! It’s a perfect time to choose self-love. Together we’ll practice processes to help you remember to care about how you feel, trust your innate worthiness, and honor the deep sacredness of your soul. It’s a whole day of listening to your own inner guidance and putting yourself back into your circle of kindness!
We’ll be doing journaling, writing a personal Letter from the Universe, using mantras, practicing gratitude for our (wonderful) bodies, experiencing deeply renewing guided meditations, doing some gentle stretches, and more!
Bring a yoga mat or blanket and anything else you need to feel comfortable sitting at a table and also relaxing on the floor IF that works for you. If you’d rather stay in a chair for our meditative practices, that works too!
I’ll provide a small journal for each person, pens, a few pillows (first come, first serve). Lunch will be on your own, but there will be water and light snacks available during the whole program.
Please wear whatever you need to be comfortable writing at a table, and also for doing gentle movements standing, sitting, or lying down (your preference). Please bring a sweatshirt in case it’s cool in the room.
