As the lotus blooming season arrives, Vietnam Buddhist Center respectfully invites you to a Day of Mindfulness Practice centered on the theme: “Releasing the Weight of the Past.”
We warmly welcome all devotees and community members to step away from daily routines and join us for a day of sitting, reflecting, and cultivating peace together.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, June 27, 2026
- Time: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
To help sustain this enriching event, we kindly suggest a contribution of $30 per person. This amount covers the essential expenses for one participant, including food and materials.

• 9:00 am: Sitting Meditation and Chanting
• 10:15 am: Dharma Talk: "Releasing the Weight of the Past."
• 12:00 pm: Mindfulness Lunch
• 1:00 pm: Deep Relaxation
• 2:00 pm: Insightful Dharma Discussion
• 4:00 pm: Sitting Meditation and Prayers for Peace
• 5:00 pm: Closing.
