INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS WITH REBECCA FOR FAMILIES
Join us for a fun, four-hour workshop at the Community Room, Peasholm Park, Scarborough, funded by Better Connect. This event is for North Yorkshire families ready to engage in the Step Up programmes.
What to Expect:
- Mindful photography with Rebecca using a lens ball
- Video capture and photography using mobile phones
- A short walk around the park
- Family-friendly crafts
- Exploration of sounds
Who Can Join: This course is for individuals in North Yorkshire who are not in work or who are in work and looking to upskill in maths, literacy, or IT.
What to Bring:
- A charged camera or smartphone
- A willingness to complete a reflective exercise after the session
- A packed lunch (no nuts, please) – snacks provided. Inform us about any food allergies in advance.
