Celebrate Mother’s Day with a relaxed and beautifully curated brunch at Seabrook Town Hall. Guests may choose between a 9:00 AM or 11:00 AM seating when reserving tickets and are welcomed with a specialty non-alcoholic mocktail on arrival.
The Brunch Spread:
- House-made Benedicts and artisan toasts
- Tartines with burrata, pear, pistachio, and herb finishes
- Main Breakfast Bar featuring prime rib steak and eggs, pancakes with berries and maple, smoked bacon, biscuits and sausage gravy, and Lorraine-style quiche
- Cheese and charcuterie with fresh breads
- House-baked pastries
- Coffee bar, specialty brunch beverages, and optional Champagne & Cider Bar
Guests are invited to build their perfect plate from a spread of house-made Benedicts and artisan toasts, featuring Dungeness crab cakes, salmon cakes, smoked salmon, and soft eggs, paired with rich hollandaise, fresh herbs, and seasonal vegetables.
A selection of elegant tartines highlights creamy burrata, ripe pear, pistachio, and herb-forward finishes, while the Main Breakfast Bar offers comforting classics and elevated favorites, including prime rib steak and eggs, fluffy pancakes with berries and maple, local smoked bacon, buttery biscuits with house sausage gravy, and baked Lorraine-style quiche.
A cheese and charcuterie table with thoughtfully selected cheeses, cured meats, house accompaniments, and fresh breads rounds out the savory offerings, followed by a pastry station filled with house-baked brunch sweets.
A dedicated coffee bar, optional Champagne & Cider Bar, and specialty brunch beverages complement the experience, along with live entertainment, a complimentary build-your-own flower bouquet station, and an on-site photographer to capture the celebration.
