A Date with a Doula ❤️A 4-week parent preparation experience
Across four Saturday mornings in July, join an intimate, in-person preparation designed to help you approach labour, birth, and early parenthood with calm confidence and informed choice.
You’ve seen the positive test.
Everything shifts.
And suddenly, everyone has advice.
But what you truly need isn’t noise.
It’s clarity.
It’s steadiness.
It’s someone who understands birth — and understands you.
This is that space.
I’m Stacey, a certified Birth & Postpartum Doula and mother. I created this course to offer a deeper, more thoughtful way to prepare for birth and the early weeks of motherhood.
This is not a standard antenatal class.
This is preparation at a deeper level.

Why Learn with a Doula?
A doula is trained to support both the physiology and psychology of birth.
We understand how hormones function, how environment influences labour, and how informed choices protect your birth experience.
Research consistently shows that continuous, knowledgeable support is associated with:
• Shorter labours
• Fewer interventions
• Greater satisfaction with the birth experience
Learning from a doula means understanding:
• How your body is designed to give birth
• How to protect your environment and nervous system
• How to navigate choices confidently
• How to prepare for postpartum in a way that honours you — not just the baby
Whether or not you choose to hire a doula for your birth, this knowledge changes how you enter it.
