Born in London in 1924, Jean V. Beddow-Arnth's life was nothing less than extraordinary. From battling childhood illness to witnessing the horrors of World War II during her formative years, her spirit remained unbroken. Jean's early passion for dance and theatre ignited a spark that illuminated her path for years to come. Her journey with the Cole Bros. Circus further honed her artistic skill.
Linda's interest in dance and gymnastics spanned five decades. For 12 years, Linda was a student of Jean V. Beddow-Arnth at Jean's School of Dance. Later, the two women co-founded Jean's School of Gymnastics, Inc., which they owned and operated for 32 years. Linda also had the privilege of being Miss Jean's friend and travel companion for 66 years.
