A Cup of Calm is a monthly welcoming peer support group for anyone who has been affected by suicide. It offers a gentle, informal space to meet and connect with others who understand the unique complexities of suicide loss without fear of judgement or stigma.
These gatherings provide an opportunity to share refreshments and conversation in a safe, compassionate environment. There’s no pressure to talk - just a chance to connect, reflect, and be among people who truly get it.
Whether your loss is recent or from years past, A Cup of Calm is a place to find comfort, community, and understanding.
