A Conversation on Womanhood with Danaye Maier and Josie Balka

Best Selling Author and Closet Poet Josie Balka and Morning Show Host and Curator of A Woman a Day YYC Danaye Maier are hosting an amazing International Women's Day Weekend Celebration! The afternoon will begin with an open and honest conversation on all things womanhood between Josie Balka and Danaye Maier in The Dorian Ballroom, followed by a Q & A and Josie reading a few poems from her Best Selling Books!

We'll then move to the stunning views of The Wilde for cocktails, mocktails and charcuterie and a chance to connect and network with other incredible Calgary Women! Your ticket will include your first beverage, charcuterie snacks and the chance to win prizes!

As Danaye does on A Woman a Day YYC, the afternoon will also feature live shout outs of attendees and their businesses, submitted by YOU! Slow Burn Books will also be on hand with the opportunity to purchase Josie's Poetry Books and with a selection on their top picks of other Women Authors!
