Where Breath and Spirit meet to create.A community event based around connection, spirituality, mindfulness and exploring our gift of living and breathing.
Every week we meet at Nobby's Beach, Newcastle to connect, opening with cacao and oracle cards then beginning the session with a discussion around a topic close to our heart before embarking on a breathwork journey by Brad (Master Breathwork Practitoner) bringing you closer into your physical and emotional body. This journey is supported by Stephanie (Reiki Master and Meditation Facilitator) who guides the energy of the session, providing collective and personal healing to those in need.
The session is then closed with an intuitively guided meditation experience by Stephanie to bring light and connection to your spiritual and energy body.
This space allows you to breathe, connect, feel and be.
Donations only event ($10 recommended for energy exchange)
We accept through cash and Paypal.
After the session there is time to chat and meet new friends, connect on a deep level and leave with a full heart! as well as a refreshing swim in the ocean!
We recommend you bring a towel, a cup (for cacao), any blankets to support your comfort, and anything else that may support your experience.
Every session starts at 6:30am so we recommend coming down earlier for connection and settling in so we run on time for a finish at 7:30am
