This keynote will also mark the official launch of her new book, making this a special and timely moment to hear her speak.
  • Panel Discussion – Featuring regional mental health experts, nonprofit leaders, and practitioners on the frontlines of youth anxiety, this session will offer insight into what’s really happening in our schools and communities—and what we can do about it.
  • Resource Tables – Connect with local organizations offering counseling, support groups, crisis care, mentorship, and school-based mental health initiatives.
  • Snacks Provided – Enjoy snacks together as we learn, connect, and build stronger networks of care across our city.

Who Should Attend:Parents, teachers, counselors, nonprofit professionals, youth pastors, coaches, and mentors—any adult who engages with youth ages 11–19 and wants to better understand how to walk alongside them in this anxious cultural moment.
