While journaling is our primary aim, you can plan on reading and discussion of sacred texts, wisdom literature, and a wee bit of evocative poetry. 𝑾𝒊𝒔𝒅𝒐𝒎 𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 “𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔.” In this way, we gain insight, resilience, well-being, and personal growth. You gain traction for action!
