Celebrate the joy of the season at the annual First Pres Berkeley Christmas Concert!
Under the direction of James Parrish Smith, Director of Music and the Arts, our Concert Choir will present Handel’s timeless Messiah (Christmas portion) with orchestra and soloists. Children’s and Youth Choirs will share their voices in carols of wonder and joy, and the congregation will be invited to join in singing beloved Christmas carols.
After the music, stay for a festive reception with hot cocoa, cookies, and holiday cheer—a time to gather as community and share in the spirit of Christmas.
Free admission. This is a celebration for all ages; there will be no separate children’s programming.
Free parking is available in the First Pres Garage (entrance on Channing Ave). Overflow parking is available in the Telegraph Channing Garage (validation at First Pres Reception).
