A warm welcome from Helen awaits and an opportunity to discuss self care and the benefits of retreating or wintering followed by a beautiful guided meditation and breath exercise to connect deeper to ourselves.

๐ Allow your body and mind to then dive into the parasympathetic nervous system, our rest and digest with a nurturing hour and half Restorative Yoga practice with Helen.
๐Ending the afternoon with a gentle awakening with teas and vegan mince pie and an opportunity to share your thoughts and feelings about your experience, finally ending with a closing prayer/mantra.
