About this Event
It’s the tale everyone tells at Christmastime: Charles Dickens’s A Christmas Carol. Join us this holiday season to hear a small ensemble of talented actors read — and act out — an hour-long version of the classic novella that involves the ghosts of the past, present, and future. Ebenezer Scrooge, the Cratchit family, and their beloved son, Tiny Tim, make an appearance. The highly original staging will be augmented by “scenery” that depicts some of the key events in the story. Full-color illustrations by John Rice, the prolific artist and NAC member, that appear in a newly published edition of the story, will be projected on the walls of the Grand Gallery as a further immersive experience. Period music will be piped in for extra effect.
Entry to this event is not guaranteed with Eventbrite reservation. Please arrive no more than 15-20 minutes before the event start time. Seating is first-come, first-served.
Please cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend.
NAC members need not RSVP.
