A Chef’s Collaboration Dinner featuring Rutledge & Vine in Sedona

Set against the awe-inspiring backdrop of Boynton Canyon, we invite you to indulge in a five-course dining experience. This exclusive evening brings together two visionary chefs — Chef Nathan Rich of the award-winning Twin Farms in Vermont, and Chef Matias Caceres of Enchantment for a collaborative menu that blends refined seasonal flavors with global inspiration all thoughtfully expressed through locally sourced ingredients and artful technique.

Adding to the evening’s distinction, each course will be thoughtfully paired with selections from Rutledge & Vine, recognized by as the producer of one of “The 50 Greatest Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons of the 21st Century.” These wines have been carefully selected by fourth-generation Napa Valley winemaker Robert Mondavi, Jr. and Lydia Mondavi, whose deep-rooted legacy and innovative approach continue to define a new era of Napa Valley winemaking. We are honored to host them for this special evening.
