Inspired by Charles Dickens' 'Christmas Carol', we’ll explore:
- Ghosts of Christmas Past — understanding your karmic legacy
- The Gift of Christmas Presence — cultivating calm and clarity
- Christmas Yet to Come — envisioning your ideal festive future
- plus journalling, visualisation, and creative activities to nourish your spirit
You’ll leave with a bespoke Christmas Survival Kit, including:
- various breathing techniques to ease anxiety and clear mental clutter
- A personalised aromatherapy blend to support emotional balance
- A unique angel suprise.
As well as practical breathwork, the workshop will include journalling, visualisation and practical creative activities to prepare us for the coming Season.
