Weigh in Times: 10-11am and 4 to 5pm for 24 hour weigh ins. 8 to 8,30am for on the day weigh ins.

Saturday: ALL CLASSES LIFT ON SATURDAY

Scott and the team will be welcoming you to their new facility in Mexborough to run another thigh slapping competition. The gym will have new equipment and a host of new bars and comp spec equipment for you to warm up on and christen their first competition in this new space.

Laid back environment, food and refreshments on site, the Yorkshire comp is a good day out and a great place to lift at!
