Start Time? 10am
Weigh in times: 24 hour weigh in for the following day lifting: 10-11am and 5-6pm. On the day weigh in is 8,30am to 9am.
Adam Hindle and the team are back running our qualifiers for the South West Salisbury and the equipped mecca that is 349 Barbell. The incredible team consists of some of biggest and best equipped lifters in the country (certainly biggest……) and includes a few of the top women.
Along with that the equipment is second to none and the gym requires none of our additional equipment as they have everything! This competition is suitable for the experienced lifters as well as first timers as Adam and the team all coach new lifters at the establishment and have a focus on developing the sport and grass roots competitors.
