Start Time? 10am each day
Weigh in times: 24 hour weigh in for the following day lifting: 10-11am and 5-6pm. On the day weigh in is 8,30am to 9am.
A brand new location for South West competitions, and enthusiastic team full of powerlifting stalwarts as staff! Pro bodybuilder and powerlifting fanatic Dean White and the team at Falcon Fitness welcome you to their amazing and huuuuuuge gym in Frome.
This is a mecca for a lot of powerlifters in the South West and also a competitive bodybuilding temple. ABPU lifters like John May and the super bencher Chris Pike all train here and we are looking forward to coming there to run the first event with them.
This is a very inclusive venue and will accommodate lifters of all experience levels from first time competitors through to the very experienced grumpy ones! Loads of space, loads of kit, food on site,ample parking, great atmosphere and perfect equipment await you!
