A Benefit for Peelander-Z at Kick Butt CoffeePeelander-Z has spent years bringing one of the most unique live experiences in punk to stages around the world — blending music, costumes, audience participation, and pure chaotic fun into what they call “Japanese action comic punk.” Their shows have become legendary for turning crowds into part of the performance itself.
Recently, tragedy struck when the band’s tour van was rear-ended by an 18-wheeler in New Mexico, leaving all three members hospitalized with serious injuries. While they are now stable, they face a long recovery and rehabilitation process ahead.
Austin has always been part of Peelander-Z’s story, and now the community gets a chance to give something back.
