For $95 per person, guests will enjoy a sophisticated progression of flavors, from fresh Hamachi Aguachile to a Prime New York Strip served with mole negra. Each course is expertly paired with a selection from Cambio Tequila's portfolio, including their Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo expressions.
The Menu:
- Course One: Sandía Comprimida with whipped feta and Tajín, paired with a Spanish 75.
- Course Two: Aguachile Verde featuring Hamachi, ahi tuna, and citrus granita, paired with Cambio Blanco.
- Course Three: Sopa de Elote with onion ash and chile oil, paired with a Citrus y Fuego cocktail featuring Cambio Reposado.
- Course Four: Scallop Pipián Verde with cauliflower and coconut, paired with a Coconut Enlightenment cocktail.
- Course Five: Prime New York Strip with mole negra, paired with a Spanish Manhattan featuring Cambio Añejo.
- Course Six: “Bestia Negra” Spiced chocolate torte with dulce de leche, paired with a Pistachio Nocturne coffee cocktail.
