Death is hard and death is sad — but it does not have to be as isolating or as frightening as our culture often makes it.
This thoughtful and compassionate morning gathering invites us into honest conversation about death, dying, and preparation. Together, we will explore the sacredness, the fears, and the practical steps we can take when facing our own mortality or that of someone we love.
Featuring conversations with experienced Death Doulas:
• Mariclare McCann — Registered Nurse and Certified Death Doula sharing four core steps for meeting death well and how to speak openly and honestly about end-of-life wishes.
• Elena Musella — Death Doula, hospice liaison, and founder of Divine Life Doulas Collective guiding us through aging in place and practical resources for end-of-life advocacy, including the 5 Wishes document.
