Fríd hefur verið að gefa út tónlist og koma fram síðan 2018. Hún mun flytja lög af plötunni REBIRTH sem hún gaf út árið 2022 ásamt efni af nýrri plötu hennar sem er væntanleg núna í vor. Sú plata inniheldur nýjan og spennandi hljóðheim sem mun sýna nýja og djarfari hlið á Fríd.
Tónlistarkonan Katla Yamagata leit fyrst dagsins ljós sumarið 2024 þegar hún gaf úr lagið ,,Hjáleið” og í kjölfarið fylgdi EP platan ,,Postúlín”. Tónlist Kötlu Yamagata er eins konar melankólísk popptónlist og hefur hún öðlast miklar vinsældir fyrir ljóðræna og skemmtilega textasmíð.

Fríd has been releasing music and performing since 2018. She will perform songs from her album REBIRTH, which she released in 2022, as well as material from her new album, which is due out this spring. That album contains a new and exciting soundscape that will show a new and bolder side of Fríd.
Musician Katla Yamagata first saw the light of day in the summer of 2024 when she released the song "Hjáleið" and followed it with the EP "Postúlín". Her music can be called melancholic pop and has been celebrated for its poetic and fun lyrics.
