Meet the Plawkers+Roanoke City Government Reps on Tuesday, October 28, for a 9th Street SE Plawk & Tour! We will take a 45-60 minute group walk, pick up litter (aka “plawk”), and hear from City staff about the street improvements that have been completed on 9th Street.
The Plawk & Tour will start at the Ninth Street Church of the Brethren parking lot (1103 9th St SE) promptly at 5:30! Please arrive a few minutes early to grab your litter cleanup supplies. Bags, gloves, and grabbers will be provided.
We will also hear brief updates from SE community partners at the end of the event.
