About this Event
Navigating your career and personal life as an emerging professional can be challenging, which is why we’ve created a forum designed to support and empower Cleveland’s rising talent. Unlike a traditional leadership conference, this experience focuses on real conversations, practical takeaways, and meaningful connections.
This year’s theme, Empowered Leadership in a Changing World, sets the stage for meaningful dialogue led by two powerhouse keynote speakers:
- Brittany Neish, Founder of What You Do Matters, sharing her perspective on building authentic, unapologetic confidence.
- Dr. Amy Acton, renowned public health leader, offering insights into leading with courage and resilience in times of rapid change.
Alongside these keynote sessions, the conference also features two thought‑provoking panel discussions—one on leading in male‑dominated fields and one on utilizing AI while staying true to your authentic voice.
If you’re ready to grow, connect, and be inspired, join us as we learn from some of Cleveland’s most insightful leaders—alongside a community committed to empowering emerging professionals.
This conference centers on the experiences shaping women’s leadership journeys in the workplace and welcomes participants of all genders.
