The Guardian Cup will once again be on the line when the Firefighters and Police officers of Medford Massachusetts face off in the 9th Annual Medford Guns N Hoses Charity Hockey Game. The series is currently 5-3 in favor of MPD. This year, we will be raising money for the family of Kayla Daniel (Scull), The late daughter of active Medford Firefighter Ed Scull.
Kayla was diagnosed with leukemia in the fall of 2025, shortly after giving birth to her first born, and was taken from her family just a few short months later on February 8th of 2026. She was just 27 years old, leaving her friends and growing family devastated, and her husband, an Active Marine Corps Sergeant, alone with their newborn child.
Doors open at 6pm. Free admission, Donations will be appreciated at the door. There will be raffles, and other great prizes (TBA). Sponsorship Opportunities will be available until a week prior to the event. Listed Visibilty options will be first come first serve, but we will make every effort to accept sponsorships for any level, with the best visibility possible.
