Announcing the 9th Annual Kids Fishing Outing!! The outing will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the West Shelter on Oven Island! Fishing is from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon with a lunch to follow.This outing is open to children ages 3 to 15. A gift bag for every registered child, includes bait, bucket and fishing rod (if needed). 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place metals given out for each fish category. There will also be raffle prizes.
Registration information as to where you can pick up the sign up forms will be coming out shortly.
