9th Annual Expressions of Determination, Strength, and Triumph

Expressions of Determination and Strength & Triumph is a spoken word and artistic expression experience that seeks to reduce mental health stigma in the community. The event includes artistic expression, particularly spoken word, along with other formal and holistic methods of seeking overall wellness. The event first held in 2016, remains free and open to the public. Since 2016 this event received two regional awards and one state award as a highest of five for the Physical and Mental Health Committee.
