Hi everyone! I’m so excited for another beer olympics! 9 YEARS!❗️ I’m going to lay it all out here but if you’ve been apart of one of our events in the past then you know the drill. Everyone please read through this though as some stuff has changed 😊
🍺this will be at flints again: please respect the bar bc we love doing it here every year!
🍺 Teams of 4-6! Games will be players of 4, but can rotate if you have 5 or 6. Please have a team captain, team name and a team color. 4-6 players per team. The people that register the day of the event are the only ones playing for your team! No subs or fill ins
🍺 kegs provided by the bar! Yes this means you have to drink beer for the beer Olympics. If there is an issue with this just contact me to buy something else (THROUGH THE BAR) please do not bring your own. If you want anything, we are at a bar!
🍺$30pp, this includes all you can drink beer for several hours, and for the event itself. I will need full payment two weeks before the event for your team to be included. (It would be easiest if team captains got the money then sent to me, but I’ll work with everyone)
🍺 Post on the page if you need help finding a team. I’m sure there’s tons of people wanting to play and unable to put a full team together!
🍺 this year will NOT require a girl on the team but if it’s all men, you will have to do “more/extra” to keep it fair
🍺 I will need all teams paid in full before the event or you will not be playing. ❗️ NO EXCEPTIONS ❗️(sorry but I’ve had way too many issues before) I would be glad to drive around and collect money one day too.
🍺 Please keep in mind this is for fun! we’ve always had such a great time at these events and I want to keep it that way.
🍺I am always down for new ideas for games, prizes, etc! If you have any ideas feel free to message me!
🍺We have a couple refs already but if you aren’t interested in playing and want to help, we could always use it!
