This journey is crafted to guide you through the powerful, transformative force of rage, helping you heal and progress toward inner peace and the freedom of authentic expression and communication.
Breath holds are integrated with intent to activate the body and connect with the sensations of the energy of anger and rage.
Powerful visualisations, NLP techniques, binaural beats, subliminal messages, affirmations are all part of this experience to create a safe and immersive experience for you to make peace with the wounded unexpressed parts of yourself, forging a path for inner peace and inner resolve.
This journey of deep mouth breathing and layers of sound, leads you to an exquisite somatic release. This is on the form of a scream. You have the permission to make noise, to take up space. The freedom to release any pent-up anger, rage and unprocessed emotions.
You will be wearing headpohnes and an eye mask (provided) so you are completely immersed in your own personal journey.
Vegan snacks are provided at the end.
*What to bring: Since you'll be lying on the floor and your body temperature may decrease, it's essential to bring the following items...

Through a continuous flow of deep mouth breathing, you will gradually enter a Theta brainwave state. This state quiets the prefrontal cortex and diminishes the influence of limiting thoughts, allowing access to your subconscious realm.
By breathing deeply and consciously, we can increase the flow of oxygen and energy in our bodies, which can help to release physical and emotional blockages including trauma, limiting beliefs about yourself and pent up and stuck emotions.
Breath is the Healer, Breath is the Master, Breath is the Teacher!
Please don't have a heavy meal 1 hour (preferably 2) before the journey.
