Healing the 5 Primary Trauma Imprints, a powerful shared experience to release emotional patterns, improve communication, and rebuild trust.
About this Event

Let’s be honest.

Most conflict between parents and teenagers isn’t about what happened today.

It’s about what’s been building up for years.

Unspoken feelings. Misunderstandings. Old hurts. Emotional walls.

This 9D Breathwork session is designed to gently meet those layers and help both parents and teens reset together.

The Journey: 5 Primary Trauma Imprints

Every human carries emotional imprints from early life:

• Rejection

• Abandonment

• Humiliation

• Betrayal

• Injustice

These imprints shape how we react, communicate, and connect especially within families.

They influence:

  • How teens see themselves
  • How parents respond under stress
  • How easily arguments escalate
  • How safe or understood each person feels

This guided 9D Breathwork journey helps uncover and release the emotional charge behind those patterns without blame, lectures, or confrontation.

Just awareness.

Release.

And reconnection.

What You and Your Teen Will Gain...

By experiencing this journey together, you can expect:

✔ Greater emotional understanding

✔ Softer communication

✔ Reduced tension and resentment

✔ More empathy for each other

✔ A safe release of built-up stress

✔ A stronger, calmer family bond

Instead of trying to “fix” each other you learn to feel each other.

That’s where real healing begins.
