About this Event

Step into a deeply immersive, multi-sensory soundscape designed to support emotional release, self-discovery, and reconnection with your true self.

9D Breathwork is a groundbreaking practice that weaves conscious connected breathing with an intricately layered sound journey, guiding participants into expanded states of awareness where deep healing, release, and transformation can naturally unfold.

Each journey is carefully opened and closed with live sound healing, facilitated by Lee, using instruments and frequencies to ground the nervous system, soften the body, and create a safe, sacred container. This opening sound healing invites presence and trust, while the closing integration supports gentle landing, embodiment, and nervous system regulation after the breathwork journey.

The immersive 9D soundscape itself blends binaural beats, isochronic tones, solfeggio frequencies, and bioacoustic effects, working in harmony with the breath to access deeper layers of the subconscious. Together, breath and sound activate the body’s innate intelligence to heal, regulate, and release stored emotional and energetic patterns, often leading to profound insights, emotional breakthroughs, and lasting shifts.

This is not just a breathwork session—it is a carefully held, sonically guided journey inward, where breath, sound, and intention come together to support transformation at every level.

This Journey’s Theme: Anchor to Presence

Anchor to Presence is a 60-minute immersive breathwork experience designed to bring you back to the only place your power ever lives: the present moment. Through gentle, down-regulating breathwork, hypnotic guidance, and 432Hz sound therapy, this journey helps you slow down the noise of the mind and reattune to the wisdom of your body.

Layer by layer, you'll dissolve past attachments and future anxieties, softening into a deep somatic awareness of now. This session is ideal for anyone seeking clarity, nervous system balance, or a reset into mindful living. It blends hypnotic affirmations, guided body scans, box breathing, and visualization to bring you into a state of relaxed presence and expanded awareness.

Important Information

9D Breathwork is powerful and may evoke strong emotions or physical sensations. Each participant remains in control of their process and can adjust their breath as needed. To prepare, please arrive with an empty stomach and avoid food or caffeine for 2–3 hours beforehand. If eating is necessary, keep it to a light meal.

This practice is not recommended for individuals with seizure disorders, cardiovascular conditions, severe mental health challenges, pregnancy without prior discussion, or participants under 16. Please consult your healthcare provider if you are unsure.

Authentic expression may emerge through sound, movement, or tears, and all expressions are welcome. If at any point you feel overwhelmed, support will be available. For those seeking a gentler approach, private sessions can be arranged.

Things to Know Before You Arrive

Comfort & What to Bring
The space is well-equipped with bolsters, blankets, and eye masks for your comfort. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows for deep breathing and ease while sitting or lying on the floor. For integration after a journal for reflections, and any personal grounding items that support you.

Personal Responsibility
Please take a moment to check in with yourself and consider whether you feel stable and resourced enough to explore the practices offered at this event. Your well-being is the foundation of your journey.

Photography & Consent

At times, we may capture a small number of professional photographs to support the sharing and visibility of this work. These images help others discover experiences like this and understand what is being offered.

That said, participant comfort, privacy, and consent are always our highest priority. Photography is never taken without clear, informed consent, and we will always check in with you beforehand. You are under no obligation to be photographed, and choosing not to participate will be fully respected without question.

Our intention is to create a space where you can feel safe, present, and free to fully let go, without concern about cameras or external distractions. Your experience comes first, always.

Arrival & Timing
Please aim to arrive between 6:15–6:25pm. Doors will close at 6:35pm sharp to protect the integrity of the container. It truly saddens us to turn people away, yet arriving late disrupts the shared experience. We ask for your understanding and encourage you to allow plenty of time to arrive.
