Life with children is deeply rewarding, yet it often brings stress, tension, and self-doubt. This session gently guides you into deep relaxation using down-regulation breath techniques like pursed-lip breathing, box breathing, and physiological sighs.
With soothing narration, affirmations, and vibrational breath patterns including humming and harmonic breathing, you’ll melt away tension, reconnect with your inner peace, and recalibrate emotionally. Whether you’ve had a hard day or are feeling disconnected from yourself or your children, this journey supports your healing, clarity, and parental empowerment.
